Having a baby is a very special event in a woman’s life. During pregnancy, Pilates helps to manage the physical changes the body undergoes during each trimester, preparing the body for childbirth and motherhood. Regular Pilates practice increases your chances of a faster postpartum recovery and helps rebuild the pelvic floor and core strength safely and effectively.

It is recommended that pre- and post-natal clients are seen individually to address specific issues such as diastasis recti, symphysis pubis disfunction, carpal tunnel syndrome and back pain. Please get in touch with Kristina to arrange a consultation by phone 07985 221 519 or email hello@kristinakispilates.com
